Zesty Cranberry Bread Recipe
1 1/4 cups cranberry juice
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon REAL salt
3 tablespoons apricot preserves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons dry milk
3 1/2 cups white bread flour
2 tablespoons grated orange peel
1/2 cup dried cranberries
3 teaspoons active dry yeast or 2 teaspoons rapid rise yeast.
Add to the bread machine in that order then process with a
standard loaf recipe with a medium crust.
