The TAG program (and underlying Lebensborn-esque Breeding Program) seemed to be mimicking the Boys From Brazil on some level but with both genders and all races. For those unfamiliar it involves raising genetic clones of Hitler then distributing them across the world in clusters. The film concentrates on the Aryan/Blue Eye thing, but really this experiment was about Bioenergetics and Mass Resonance Manipulation. Creating In-Organic Influence Leaders and keeping Natural Influence Leaders in trauma in hopes they will pass along that trauma, and sense of inferiority to the Nazi hierarchal structure.
