YouTube Denies My Appeal Again But Violates It's Own TOS While Doing So

Today ACE provides an update on his appeal to get monetized on YouTube, and that update is that YouTube has finally denied my appeal well over 1 month after I made it despite their own Terms Of Service saying they had to provide a response within 14 days or 2 weeks, thus violating their own TOS in the process.
