What part of "no affirmative Action" does this school board not get?

Everyone wants fair and justice, but withholding from one to advance another is not that. Neither does it fix the problem it attempts to fix. Often when affirmative action is used it pushes someone unprepared into a situation that they are set to fail at. And instead of bringing justice it further crushes the one they attempt to forward.
