False Worship and Vain Prayer

This is an old sermon portion published for radio nearly 20 years ago. The sermon is from Isaiah 1:10-15. The hands of American Christians are covered in blood. A great atrocity is going on in our land and many are indifferent to it. So often it is not what churches are doing that is wrong - rather it is what they are NOT doing that is wrong. The bible is clear that the Lord disdains worship and prayer when the lives of those worshiping and praying are devoid of doing those things which are dear to His heart and are not living in obedience to Him. May Christ be glorified through our lives.
