My drink! It’s to your taste- a pinch of Redmonds real salt, splash of lemon and a spoonful of raw honey.

Zesty Cranberry Bread Recipe
1 1/4 cups cranberry juice
2 tablespoons Butter or Coconut oil
1 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons apricots chopped or apricot preserves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons dry milk (optional use dairy free dry mylk)
3 1/3 cups white bread flour
2 tablespoons grated orange peel
1/2 cups dried cranberries
3 teaspoons active dry or 2 teaspoons rapid rise yeast
Mix or add all ingredients to a bread machine and select you standard loaf setting with a medium crust.
Or mix all ingrediends and knead 15 minutes. allow to rest and rise in a warm location 30 minutes. shape loaf and place in a greased bread pan. Rise 30 minutes or until doubled in size then bake in a preheated oven 375'f for 50 minutes or until baked through. Perfect for leftover turkey sandwiches!
