Which of These Two Sets of Data Are True? Shasta ROV Belongs in Jail

The Cast Vote Record data (published by the ROV Cathy Allen) does not match the post-election data released by Cathy Allen after the June 2022 primary. The question now becomes which set of information is true? The speaker suspects neither are true and what we are witnessing is someone caught telling lies in their professional capacity. Historical data showing very little variation between election day and post election data will further illustrate the fallacy we've been told (video to follow). Cathy Allen has lost all credibility and needs to be replaced. Furthermore the Draft Resolution should be adopted and the June 2022 Primary decertified.
