The Ruzzian occupier recorded a video showing that many wounded are waiting for evacuation, which doesn’t exist.

“In Moscow, a flight to Moscow was banned due to a drone attack.
Load the fighters, there are so many wounded. All day in the sun. There is no food. They just brought water.."

Getting wounded or injured is not at all an argument for the Ruzzian authorities to help their military. Needless to say, medical care not provided on time can lead to disability or death.
