Creepy Figure During Tsunami? | Read Description

Just what was this odd figure captured on camera during the Japan Tsunami. Some say it is the spirit of a person killed during the raging waters.
But If you will watch the video and notice just a little bit before this figure appears, there is a gas canister floating on the water.
When the gas canister erupts this causes a ghostly mist to raise into the air creating the appearance of a ghostly figure. I have seen this in several other tsunami videos.
