Shadow Empire Beta Patch News: Quick Addendum! Solar Costs

I missed the new cost of Solar in terms of the Rare Metals they require to install. This is quite significant and changes my musings on the previous video.

Open Beta Patch v1.21e addresses the concerns of some players over the viability of starting on Tech Level 3, along with a much needed nerf to Solar Power, some interesting changes to the private economy, movement for very heavy guns and their transport with overpowered engines.

You'll need to download and install it (for Matrix) or opt into the beta (for Steam). GOG people will have to wait a bit as they don't support regular open beta patches.
