from China to California? the social credit system is coming here?

I will just ask that you take this to the Lord, and ask Him. Don't take my word for it.
But for those who've accepted Jesus into your lives, know that all these we're seeing today are to let us and remind us to have hope, and not to be afraid. Jesus is coming which means things are going to continue to get worse. Though, there's a chance we might have temporary relief for a while, but I won't say for sure.

But for those who don't know Jesus yet, please come and accept His amazing, unfailing free gift of salvation. I so badly want you to live eternally in heaven. This stuff (heaven, hell, end times, etc.) is real. Just ask Him. He'll show you. But you also need to be willing.
