Targeted Justice 1.3 Billion lawsuit-Targeted Individual

There is a 1.3 billion dollar lawsuit against DOJ, FBI, and DHS that started in U.S. District Court in Houston and may eventually go to the Supreme Court.

Microwave weapons used on civilians and "Havana Syndrome". The Blacklist is hidden within the FBI's Terrorist Screening Database (TSBD). The FBI uses the word "Targets" or "Non-Investigative Subjects" (NIS), to identify these innocent
civilians on the blacklist. We are Targeted Individuals.

The database is distributed through the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) where targets are listed under "Handling Code 3 or 4" because they do not represent national security, yet Police routinely refer to them as "suspected terrorists."
