This is hilarious. JiDion and Kanel Joseph teamed up to bring some historical accuracy to a Civil War Reenactment.

Apparently, the self-dubbed Civil War historians there couldn’t deal facing the fact that this was a bloody war over enslavers wanting to continue the torturous system of human trafficking, family-separating, rape-on-demand, forced labor called chattel slavery.

Being confronted with that reality made it less fun to dress up and pretend to be the people willing to murder to keep the system running. Sorry, we know y’all love to YTwash history, but you can’t take slavery out of US History and the Civil War. #DealWithIt
