As any normal American, I feel very apprehensive to conquest. So much terrible history surrounds the act of conquering. But where do we draw the line and what does it look like to challenge the ethics of conquest? I take an honest dive into conquest as a follow up to a previous video, touching on ancient Middle Eastern history and some problematic biblical narratives. What does ancient history have to tell us about conquest and warfare? This a challenging look into an ethical dilemma many avoid, but should be known by everyone.
