Just a Warning! How to increase your chances of NOT getting a ticket.

I was driving home on a familiar road. I knew the Cops often stake out the road, but I was not paying attention. When I saw the cop, it was too late.

1. I knew I was over the speed limit, but my GPS DashCam had me at 49 MPH while He traced me at 60. I did not argue that because I could prove it in court and was still 8 MPH over the limit.
2. I was courteous even before he approached my car. Rolling down my driver's side window so he could see into my car, I turned off my car, made eye contact with him as he approached, and matched his tone and deminer.
3. I told him I was a Concealed Carry permit holder, and he appreciated me telling him that. This County has the oldest population of any County in the nation, which means the cops don't have many problems from the citizens and are less on guard and more polite.
The bottom line, you get what you feed. I fed courtesy and respect, and I received more of it. Be Safe! Mason
