Tantrums Are NOT OK.

Toddler tantrums are one of the things that most inhibit parents from being able to be the most effective parents they can be. This behavior not only causes stress to the parents, but it also is very distressing to the child! Many people say tantrums are “normal”. But, tantrums are not “normal” and should not be accepted or tolerated.

Teaching and training a child to get control of their own emotions and behavior is something that can help them throughout their life! If you start teaching them early, having self-control and being aware of how to deal with anger and frustration becomes a natural part of their behavior rather than them throwing a fit whenever they don’t get their way.
