Crux Guild Robusto Cigar Review - This 5x50 stick features a dark brown finely toothed dry firmly packed wrapper with a neat double cap and rich sweet earth aroma. First light reveals a snug draw with mild-medium notes of a syrupy candy sweet nuttiness and late pepper joining on the long finish. The first third quickly jumps to a medium bodied fruity leather with a dry cocoa and pepper finish. The 1/2 way point comes at 35 minutes with notes dropping the sweetness and the leather getting deeper, with the pepper dialing down a tick and body up to medium-full, dropping a solid ash. The last third just drops the pepper, keeping the core flavors to the nub with a good touch of strength kick past the band.
