If you're looking to purchase a storage facility you need to know if it will be a good deal and if you will be able to add value and that's exactly what I share in this video.

The Profit and Loss Statement is where you'll be able to identify where you can reduce your expenses. Typically sellers have an employee on payroll. Being able to eliminate or reduce the payroll by having an on-call manager is where you may be able to make the biggest impact in the value and profitability of the facility.
