Mini sized go kart car with fully enclosed shape, maximal down push from the wedge wing shape, with minimal complexity and minimal moving parts, corner connector parts for taking the kart down into pieces. Electric hub wheel motors, differential tank turning. Dual forward-neutral-back control pedal levers for movement. Uses ethanol-koh carbon felt metal-air fuel cell.
