Non-Americans Will Soon Arrest Americans

The title is not a joke. It is not some fantasy I have dreamt up. In Illinois starting January 1st 2024. Non-American people are allowed to become officers. So instead of training current officers, or providing incentives to draw in new officers. Illinois wants to bring in foreign workers to arrest Americans. What could go wrong?
