There is no clear answer to whether investing is immoral or not. Some sectors of the economy are generally considered sinful, such as the gambling, alcohol, tobacco, sex, and defense industries. However, it is difficult to avoid investing in companies that may benefit from exploitation or immoral behavior in some way. Trading is not immoral, but it can be foolish if done unwisely.
