Welcome to our Rain Mindfulness Exercise video. This exercise is perfect for helping you to focus on your breath and relax your mind, allowing you to really relax and let go of any intrusive thoughts.
Allow yourself to sink deeper with your thoughts - this is a great way to help you focus on the present moment and develop an awareness of your breathing. Use this exercise whenever you need some relaxation and stillness in your mind.
We hope that this rain mindfulness exercise will help you relax your mind and reconnect with yourself, allowing you to focus solely on your breath and presence in the moment. Enjoy!Once you have finished this exercise, take a moment to acknowledge how you feel. Notice any emotions or physical sensations that might be present and give yourself a moment to be with them. Stay open and curious and allow whatever might come up to arise.
