Dugway Proving Ground Alien Grey

Video has recently surfaced of an alien Grey being interviewed telepathically at the Dugway Proving Ground. The Grey appears to be sick and medical staff are assisting the grey. The video was supposed to have been recorded in the late 90's and Colin Powell was apparently in the room. Real or elaborate fake? Did we make contact 2 decades ago?
