In public spaces, people have a lower expectation of privacy than in private spaces. This has to do with their expectation of privacy and what steps they have taken to make themselves private or public. Thus if you are publicly showing something, it shouldn't really matter if a camera or a person captured that public thing. Granted, it is a different matter if you have taken steps to not make something public.
