Buffalo homeowner learns he's responsible for fixing a sinkhole in the street outside his home

A homeowner on Coit Street in Buffalo does not think he should have to pay for costly repairs to the street outside his home. He recently got a letter saying he's on the hook to fix a sinkhole.
