TIMELAPSE OF THE FUTURE: A Trip Through Time

This is a depiction of the future as seen through the lens of contemporary science; it is an image that will undoubtedly change as more information about the course of our tale comes to light. A lot of the science is quite recent, and more jigsaw pieces need to be discovered.
This overhead view of time, in my opinion, offers a significant perspective: that we are experiencing the Big Bang's hot flash, the ideal time to take in the sights and sounds of the universe in its prime before it all vanishes. Even if the end is inevitable, if we play our cards well, we can effectively have an infinite amount of time. Although the future may seem dismal, our species has a lot of potential.
