1. 一般而言,成人每分鐘安靜心跳速率在60-100次之間屬於正常範圍。心跳速率會隨著年齡增加而減慢。
2. 心跳速率受多種因素影響,例如情緒、運動、藥物、疾病等。短期心跳速率偏快或偏慢不一定代表身體有問題,但若長期心跳不穩定,則需要留意。
3. 心跳持續過快可能與壓力、甲狀腺功能亢進症、心臟疾病、藥物副作用等相關。建議控制壓力,檢查甲狀腺功能,必要時可諮詢醫師調整用藥。
