THE FLY 2 (1989) - Months after fly-monster & scientist Seth Brundle is killed, his fiance dies giving birth to their son, Martin. Seth's corrupt employer, Bartok, adopts Martin, thinking Martin (who is a genius) might solve the problems that the still-functioning Teleportation Pods present. Carrying dormant insect genes, Martin is now fully grown at age five, and the fly genes begin to awaken making him like his dad.
