Iceland Volcano 2023

From the first day until my last day the site was closed due to smoke from burning vegetation. Just as I was turning in my rental car to come home empty handed, they opened the trails. Thank God I was able to delay my flight a day and get another car. I spent 16 hours exploring the lava and volcano and taking photos and videos. This was one of the most incredible nature experiences I've ever witnessed. And I've witnessed some doozies.
