Illinois Finalizes New Notary Laws that will include Mandatory Training & Testing

On the Notary News Channel™ this week - Illinois made several new notary law changes that went into effect January, 2022. The State had more changes scheduled to take effect on July 1st, 2022. The State did not meet the deadline and the guidelines and administrative rules were in hiatus for almost a year.
