• Provides back office infrastructure systems for election departments throughout the country, including other countries
• Founded by Eugene Yu, a Chinese National

True the Vote:
• Through confidential informants, Catherine Engelbrecht & Gregg Phillips discovered huge amounts of data on a Chinese Server:
— Election Workers
— Personal Identifying information
— Infrastructure, machine ID’s & other components

1-1/2 years after working with the Detroit office of the FBI, nothing happened with this information related to national security.

Instead, Washington tried to shut them down. Two DoJ attorneys shut down the investigation & threatened T2V.

The Pitt:
• An Assistant District Attorney from Las Angeles was at this event.
— He initiated Grand Jury Proceedings, which led to the arrest of Eugene Yu
• One Week later, Las Angeles District Attorney, George Gascón, dropped all charges against Eugene Yu.

The Indictment of Eugene Yu:
• On or between October 10, 2019 & October 4, 2022, Eugene Yu & Other employees at Konnech Inc. were providing services to Las Angeles county using third party contractors, based in China
• A search warrant executed on October 4, 2022 discovered Konnech employees were sent personal identifying information of Las Angeles County Election Workers to a third-party software developer, who assisted & created Konnechs internal PollChief Software.

Konnech Inc PollChief Software:
• Pollcheif controls voter registration, poll books, and how you operate
• Back-office infrastructure- which if accessed, can manipulate numbers, Ie.. a backdoor that is undetectable
• Any employee working for Chinese contractors in PollChief software had Super Administration privileges.

In a nutshell, the Chinese had undetectable “GodMode” backdoor Access into US Elections.
