This week WE get to feature a FULL BIRD COLONEL (retired) Mikel Burroughs that puts his actions on with boots on the ground with the organization he helms Victory for Veterans...another veteran that doesn't know when and where to stop or slow down. Mikel shares with us what he has been doing, what he has currently and what he has coming up.

Division & 3rd is about an intersection in Spokane, Washington. He spots a guy with a sign asking for help. It made him realize how thankful he was for the good people in his life that have kept him from being in the same situation. This song was an Ode to those great people.
Stay At Home is about when you’re having a good time and your heart is in a good place, do not let negative people and negative things bring you down.
Victor is a song based off of some true and some slightly less than true events. His wife’s father was in Victor, Montana and after they went there to meet the family, he decided he was going to write a song about it. He sang it to her dad next time they saw him and they knew he was ready to pop the question.
