There has been too much happening on the wellness front in the current world and a lot of misinformation gets passed on as information. Also, anything and everything herbal gets labelled as Ayurveda.
Vishakha's aim is to help people understand the true nature of Ayurveda and that it isn't "traditional medicine" but "scientific Ayurveda" that's based on logic and reasoning. One could simply call it as the science that also teaches us "the way of life".
