Sit with your thoughts, doubt them, they are just garbage you're brain is putting out anyway.

go into a notes page and put the question as the title.
Questions: Write the decision / decision

Where did this thought stem from originally? Was it something someone said to you? Something you saw from others on social media? Try and dig to find it’s origins.

What is the dream result?

Think about alternative options to achieve the same results

If this is a big decision of high leverage, go and get a response of a smart person

What would my 85 year old self think about this?
