Post #13 - "I Desire Mercy Not Sacrifice" Word - Aug.18/23

Here are the confirming scriptures:
Psalm 139:24 - See if there be any evil way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
2 Chron.7:14 - If my people will humble themselves, and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and forgive their sins and heal their land.
Psalm 36:5-6 - Your loving devotion, O LORD, reaches to the heavens, Your faithfulness to the clouds. Your righteousness is like the highest mountains; your judgments are like the deepest sea.
2 Corinthians 12:9 - But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly in my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest on me.

With special emphasis and study on Hosea 6:6 -
For I desire mercy, not sacrifice, and the knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings.

Which is referred to three times in Matthew:
Matthew 9:10-13, Mat.12:1-7, and Mat.23:23
