In this quick video, I discuss roadblocks that might deter or derail your progress in weight loss while on a carnivore diet. I hope you keep in mind that the things that are happening to me may not happen to you at all. My suggestion is to make a record of all the things that are going on, good or bad, so that if you do have to see a physician, you have a complete record of all the events that have happened.
