My Carnivore Journey - Week 13 and my carnivore A-HA moment (not the band)

Week 13 is here and in today's video I give my update on my weight loss along with information on my last A1C test from almost a year ago. I also make sure that today (and going forward), I give weight information in kg's as well. @neilfrasersmith this is for you sir.

I also talk about the importance of carnivore, not just for the obese but for everyone. Folks, carnivore is for everyone, not just those who are overweight like me. DUH
