Day 7 - 30 Days No Ultra Processed Food Challenge

Day 7 Recap

The day started out pretty good - but when it came to making dinner at the end of the day, it put me in a pretty bad mood. I ended up not making anything, but just reheated some left over spaghetti. But some days are going to be like that - but the important thing is I remained strong and still have not eaten any ultra processed foods.

I did add some all-natural fruit syrup to my "healthy soda" and it was AMAZING. It is seriously so good, I think I could remain off ultra processed soda after the challenge is over.

Food Diary

Breakfast:
Coffee
Apples and Peanut Butter

Lunch:
Leftover stuffed shells
fruit

Dinner:
Leftover spaghetti

Snack:
Popcorn with salt and butter
