The Remnant at the time of the vision, in John’s time, had come into the Holy Place experience, the role of priests unto Israel, to give the Light from Christ’s Enlightening Spirit.
Very soon though, they would enter the Most Holy Place, or rather, the Most holy place would enter them, and be one with them.
