Shaheen is an experienced People Analytics Lead currently based in Paris with a specialization in applying data analysis, visualization & science into the field of HR. His primary goal is to harness HR data and harmonize it with Finance and Operations Data to achieve optimal business outcomes. Throughout his career, he has successfully contributed to leading multinational companies in Cybersecurity, Insurance, and Transportation across Paris, Geneva, Munich & Toronto. He is a graduate from the ESSEC Business School.
