Can this budget tablet play Dreamcast titles? | TangoTab 10.1 inch 2-in-1 tablet

In this video we take a look at another budget tablet from Simbans called the TangoTab. This is a 2-in-1 tablet that comes with a detachable keyboard which is kinda cool.
