Pregnant Stray Cat Cassidy First Night In Foster Home

There isn't enough I can do to repay the folks at "A Kitten Place" In Brandon, Florida. When everyone was past capacity, when everyone was out of room (including A Kitten Place) they still did what so many other organizations didn't. They reached out, made a few extra phone calls, and managed to find an amazing foster mom to help us out. Cassidy will now give birth to her kittens in a healthy, indoor environment. She AND her kittens will be fixed, vaxed and given whatever care is needed. Sky, the foster mom, is a sweet and wonderful caregiver.

With the stray cat population soaring (particularly in Florida), this small effort will ensure that Cassidy's kittens will be born healthy, more of them will survive, and they'll all be spayed/neutered and adopted. Cassidy will also be spayed when it's safe to do so. (a young 1 year old cat) wont have a dozen other litters of strays. A little teamwork goes a long way. And we all worked together to do a good thing. Please support "A Kitten Place'. They stepped up in a huge way.

Not only can her kittens now be saved and socialized...but there's also hope for the momma, which is EXTREMELY rare. Had we waited long enough, she would have eventually become feral. In this case, we have managed to completely avoid an explosion of unwanted feral cats in our neighborhood, as well as finding loving homes for all involved.
