Building a Lighter Weight Tire Carrier for my Jeep Cherokee XJ Overlander

In this video I build a swing arm tire carrier bumper for my Jeep Cherokee XJ. Its a short arm design with a rotating head that keeps the tire compact to the Jeep. This build incorporates the original tire carrier mechanism I used previously but this new design combines the bumper and tire carrier into one unit and shaves off 20kg.
