Clandestine Thuggery The United States Federal Government’s Murder, Assault, and Vehicular Homicide Enabling Protocols
In gangstalking, which is the United States Federal Government’s hastily passed post 9112001 national security legislative protocol, the thug gangstalking units that are dispatched towards targeted individuals via a number of signals that the stalkers send one another, a targeted individual is placed in dangerous situations while going about his day.
Biological attacks via intentional disease spreading mechanisms, vehicular homicide and vehicular assault, orchestrated trip-and-falls, contaminated food, verbal provocations and instigations, theft, assault and battery, hit-and-run car attacks, and other such thuggery are carried out by federally authorized degenerates, namely gangstalkers.
The United States Federal Government, namely the Congress, has embarrassingly denigrated the entire American political system from top to bottom, via a series of intrusive, illegal, and criminally negligent and disruptive behavior schemes, that “deputize” certain people in the American populace to act as gangstalkers via a series of indoctrination mechanisms, and others are targeted individuals, those whose names and vital statistics are clandestinely and extrajudicially placed in derogatory law enforcement databases for gang members, pedophiles, pimps, prostitutes, drug dealers, criminally insane lunatics and the like, even though these targeted people are not criminals or criminally prone.
