"Disturbing Lost Snuggle Bear Commercial"

What exactly is going on in this commercial? Why does snuggle bear look so disturbed? Did he sneak into that woman's room? Why is the product called "Snuggle Creme?" Very odd commercial. Snuggle bear usually looks cute, but this mid-tier CGI makes him look like a horror movie bear.
