Solar Panel Trailer Mount - 8 Panel Canopy Pullout

I will show how I built a Trailer Mount for my Solar Panels using 80/20 extruded material. With 8 panels on the Slide-out, I have 22 ft of Solar on a 14 foot Trailer. This Solar Panel Trailer Mount allows me to have a total of 2200 Watts of Solar, which is enough Solar Panels to power all our standard everyday conveniences, even Air Conditioning.

One way to reduce the number of holes you need to mount your solar panels, is to build a frame. Using the standard Z bracket, I would have put 176 holes in the roof on my trailer. But with the Trailer Mount I made, I only have 32 holes in the roof to mount the panels.
