Jeep XJ Clutch Install and a Noisy AX15 and NP231

After some insane vibrations on the Jeep I had no choice but to pull the drive train for inspection. The transmission and t-case have done over 20 years of service with pretty low mileage but large tires and a high suspension lift. My first thoughts were the clutch but sadly the transmission itself had some excessive wear that would require a rebuild if used again.
I was lucky that my spare engine came with a low mileage AX15 and Np231J that have seen no offroad uses and were largely unused for many years. The condition of both were much better and with the new clutch and refaced flywheel have made a huge difference!
