The culprit was doing doughnuts in the middle of the road at a red light, then the cops came. Everyone is focused on the pit maneuver but the craziest part is the guy who got ran over but bounced right back up then took off running like nothing happened. He could have just stayed down screaming “My neck and my back!!”… till the ambulance arrived !
