In this one we look at https://on.to/ first we look at their offering and what it includes and how car subscriptions work with onto, then we compare their prices vs car leasing in as close a way as possible (although car leasing and car subscribing are very different).

I was really surprised by this one, I thought that car subscriptions were pretty much rubbish always and this has opened my eyes up, particularly with these new EV's it's a real option for some people and we certainly see where EV car subscriptions can be cheaper than leasing plus they give you a ton of flexibility. It also got me thinking about leasing a car for long-term test drives or as an "in-between cars" type of car may be an option for many.

I think it's important to try and watch this one the whole way through as there are lots of points raised and lots of questions to ask yourself before committing to anything. If you want a cheap EV with lots of flexibility and a hassle-free "one bill" approach to things then it may be something you should be thinking about, for me personally at the moment for my likely mileage needs and car size needs it's probably something that I'll put on the back shelf for a little while until competition grows, EV ranges increase, and prices start to come down. Having said all of that, the onto electric car subscription service is a welcome addition to the car finance options traditional available here.
