Quest can be acquired either by talking to Katheryn in Sumeru, or either passing by or teleporting to Statue of the Seven in the Tanit Camps area.
For me, I happened to pass by the Tanit Camps area as I was doing a daily commission that time.

Go to the Tanit tribe and find Jeht
Talk to the Tribe Scout

01:41 Talk to Masseira
02:15 Talk to Yuften
02:41 Meet with the tribe's Matriarch
- Talk to Babel
06:07 Help Yuften together with Jeht
06:41 Feed the crocodiles together with Jeht
08:32 Report back to Yuften
09:40 Give the goods to Aderfi
10:50 Go to Jeht's dwelling
- Talk to Jeht
